> First off, John is a great guy. He took my remodel project and I hardly had to do anything he hired subcontractors and got the permits. The work all turned out great!
> Last year, I bought an older house that hadn't been updated since it was built in 1955. John hired an electrical company to completely redo the wiring. He hired plumbers to remove or disconnect obsolete gas lines and install some fixtures. He got an HVAC company to install central heat and air. He, himself, almost completely remodeled the bathroom.
> All the work was done to my satisfaction and has been wonderful.
