> Thadd and his crew came and did a complete rebuild and update of my deck, including completely redoing the shape while using most of the existing structure, rebuilding the stairs, adding accent lights with dimmers, accenting with picture framing, and replacing the railing. The workmanship was excellent, and they did a good job of proactively reaching out to me for important decisions. Thadd had good design ideas and helped guide us when we weren't sure what would look best. We added a few things as we went (accent lights, dimmers, picture framing, stair riser layout), and he was reasonable and professional when working out details of the final invoice. **Q: what is the deck material and color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the deck material and color?

A: Hello. This project we installed Wolf Serenity decking, Silver Teak color. It's a nice product but we don't install it that often. It tends to chip and crack. We would instead suggest Timbertech Azek decking or Deckorators Voyage decking.

**Q: What support is under this hot tub?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Our deck is up about this high and we are concerned about the weight of tub, water and body weight.

**Q: Azek Decking Material - What do you think about it?** *(in Porches & Decks)*

We are planning on replaceing our treated wood deck with a composite material. There are so many choices out there but I want to make sure I buy the best on the market today. Azek has been recommended and I have read some good things about it. I want to hear from someone who has used it for a few years. 
Also, we had squirrels eat our treated wood deck. Will they do that to the composite material?
