The schedule was never adhered to. He couldn't even bring samples when he said he would or call his office to have them ready for me when I said I'd pick them up instead. The subcontractors were often not paid on time so they were always upset. Sturdy's guys put my door frames in with a single finish nail, and they didn't paint the doors, door frames, or trim; it was all just factory primed. They didn't even silicone my tubs. They put many shelves up without hitting studs. These guys are amateurs masquerading as professionals with no concern for the quality of their work.
