Andrei Vologzhanin worked patiently with me to adjust cabinets and the microwave placement to ensure that I could reach shelves and the microwave safety.  i am under 5 feet tall and this was an important design element; finding a height that would work for me but would still be practical for anyone else using the kitchen.  Andrei and Dimitri showed up when they said they would be here and left the work area clean when they left each day.  Because of the backsplash height we needed Andrei to come back and remove the bottom trim of the upper cabinets, then come back after the backsplash install to adjust and replace the trim.  He was very accommodating with his time.  My husband and I would not hesitate to use APlus again and strongly recommend this company.
