> Claudian Development built a beautifully designed and sturdy home.  The construction is solid.  No standard builder grade materials were used.  The house finishings are of current design with top quality selections.

> Builder charged me for extras but never delivered. I had to repair many things myself that cost over 50k. Not only did the builder not honor the warranty he won’t respond. I recommend to stay far away from Claudian Development.
