> We have ordered a STROM Shower Enclosure for one of our projects back on 2/17/2022 and on the Order Acknowledgement they mentioned shipping within 7-10 business days. We made numerous follow up calls and they were always postponed the dispatch advising us that the item was back ordered or the manufacturer delayed the production. After 1 year !!!!! going back and forth they cancelled the order without any advice and refunded the amount on January 16, 2023. Today 5/9/23 they advised that they have stopped the business relations with STROM. They tried to get off the hook with the order refund but this is not a way in doing business.

Our cast iron claw foot tub has rusted and I am told its not covered under warranty (which I am challenging). Our toilet handle fell off - they have replaced it but its very flimsy. Our faucet in the sink has cheap plastic bits to it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will be disappointed.

> Horrible customer service and extremely low-quality products. I purchased a cast iron claw foot tub that has been installed for less than a year and has been used fewer than a dozen times which is chipping away in a large spot on the interior inside. We were offered $200 reimbursement for a $1500+ tub. Or we could have a replacement tub but are being offered no solution for install and would have to pay more than the tub to have the defective one removed and the new one reinstalled. It is absolutely insane that your company won't stand behind your products when they are literally falling apart after barely any use. The right thing to do is refund us for the terrible-quality tub you sold us in the first place because why would we want to pay more than the tub to replace it with a tub that is probably just as defective?

what make, model, and size is the bathtub?

A: This is very similar to our Philo Freestanding Tub, which is available in 3 sizes - 59", 67", and 71". It's also similar to our Parker Freestanding Tub, which is available in 69".

**Q: How to freshen up tiny bathroom** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Our master bathroom is tiny and I am looking to freshen it up. We don’t have the budget to pull up the floor tile (bottom right) or countertop (upper right). Any recommendations on wall color or maybe even something we could do for a small accent wall? Countertops are grey & white, floor is light blue, shower is grey & white with a sort of light blue & green accent tile.

A: Adding new fixtures (sink faucet, tub faucet, etc.) is always a great and affordable option for freshing up a bathroom.

I like the look of the freestanding bathroom vanity, but I'm worried that the area below the vanity will just get gross.  Does it just end up being another area you have to clean that collects cobwebs and hair tumbleweeds?  Anyone out there have a freestanding vanity that feels they are a pain to keep clean?  Thanks!

A: We have a variety of freestanding vanities and haven't had any complaints from customers about cleaning. A few of our vanities, such as the Everett, have one long slatted bottom shelf, which may make cleaning easier.
