**★★★★★ — Chad Hovde, Nov. 2018**

> After having been around new home construction, and the real estate industry the majority of my life, it is refreshing to see a builder with heart in the transaction. Root has impressed me with their desire to achieve high quality construction at moderate prices, and furthermore they care about the customer experience. From the initial lot purchase, to plan design, to interior/exterior selections, to a finished product they have an eye for detail. After closing they stand behind their warranty, and honor their word to the new Root homeowner. Thank you for making the home building and buying experience what it should be!

**★★★★★ — Lauri Evans, Nov. 2018**

> Jon & Carey at Root Custom Builders were phenomenal to work with! They were committed to being available and getting the job done right. They let us dream outside the box, even if it was more difficult for them, and the result was an incredible home that feels like a retreat! We are so thankful for Root Custom Builders.

**★★★★★ — HU-251906241, Nov. 2018**

> We have had such an amazing experience with Root Custom Builders. We hired them to build our dream home and they have delivered it and then some. They have stayed on timeline despite weather delays and have always made sure we are comfortable every step of the process. We had met with several builders and knew Carey and Jon were the perfect fit for this project from the first time we met them. The companies they have subcontracted with have all been respectful and very easy to work with as well. I would build with them again in a heartbeat, but that won't be necessary since this is our forever home!

**★★★★★ — Old Bryan Marketplace, Sept. 2018**

> Jon Cox and the entire crew at Root did an amazing job on my house! From the planning stages to completion- they were respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and stayed within budget. There is not a week that goes by that I do not get a compliment on my house from someone. I can honestly say- I wish I would have built my house sooner and I’d do it again. Not everyone who builds a house can say that! Thank you Root for making my experience a wonderful one!

**★★★★★ — kellyelained, May 2018**

> We finally have the home of our dreams. Not only is it beautiful, but Root Custom Homes delivered on so many levels. Building a home can quickly become a negative experience but we were extremely supported every step of the way. We love our home!!

> So creative and well built. I am an out of town agent and have had a chance to tour several of their projects. Very impressive.

**★★★★★ — Paul Marable, May 2018**

> “Root Custom Builders designed and served as Construction Manager of my office building in downtown Valley Mills, Texas. The Root Custom team delivered a quality building on time and on budget. And Jon Cox’s oversight, attention to detail from the initial design phase to completion, and his open communications with subs and me insured that any potential issues were addressed and corrected in a timely fashion saving unnecessary expense and time. I truly appreciate his efforts and professionalism, and will use Root Custom Builders on all future projects.”
