> I first retained Dan Ciupe and Residential Networks over 10 years ago, when I had my vintage condo remodeled, and I wanted a stellar TV and sound system for my home. Dan has continued  to oversee  and maintain my computer system and my media system all of these years.  His customer service is superb! He is knowledgeable,  personable, and professional. He makes suggestions that  show he is looking  out for my best interests. He  is available to come to my home  at  the times that are convenient for me, and he has provided emergency services when needed. His pricing is reasonable, and  he does not submit an invoice  until the work is completed and he  has verified that  I am completely satisfied. I have recommended  and will continue to recommend Dan to my friends  who are looking for a trusted individual to set up their media systems.
