When dealing with a contractor you want someone that will be your partner and treat you with honesty and fairness, and Spain Construction does just that. Second, it’s imperative to find a contactor that is knowledgeable. The DellaMea’s have been in the construction industry their entire lives, and it shows as soon as they walk in the door. Their ability to take complex building problems and find creative solutions is second to none, and it comes from years of experience. Finally, it’s imperative to find a contractor that does quality work and has an incredible attention to detail. This is where Spain really sets themselves apart, and when you walk into one of their finished projects you can tell it was a Spain Construction project. The height of this drawer front allows us enough space to support the under-mount sink bowl and majority of the drain lines. We did have to modify the overall depth of the bottom drawer boxes to clear the remaining drain lines. The two drawers in the middle are both fully functioning, and we actually included an outlet and drawer canister to safely store hair dryers, straighteners and curling irons. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
