> I had a water leakage problem with the new basement encapsulation. I reported the problem to the JES customer service person assigned to my account. She made arrangements for a repair call. Repair sent a technician. He saw the problem, listened to what I had found and proceeded to clean up the water and repair the seams. I asked him to check all the seams, which he did and reinforced other potential problems. Project took about an hour and a half. It was done very well and the area cleaned up. Extremely satisfied.

> We decided to sell our home in Richmond in 2018 but needed to ensure that the crawl space was in good order and that any buyer's inspection would not generate any issues. We had previously had some issues with humidity/ground water.
> We asked JES to check things out. They recommended sistering 14 joists and adding a french drain and sump to evacuate the water which could accumulate at the lower end of the home
> We instructed JES to carry out the work. It was completed for the quoted price on schedule in a proper manner, and duly passed the county inspection.
> We put the house on the market on completion of the work. It sold in two days and there were no issues to concern the buyer relating to the crawl space.
> We have no hesitation in recommending JES.
