I am originally from Florida where I have 20+ Years of Residential and Commercial New & Remodeling Construction Experience. My Father Owned and Operated a Drywall company for 35 years and I decided to carry on the skills and expertise he shared and taught me. I decided to put my own twist on things by Specializing in broader areas of residential and commercial builds, renovations, remodels, and even small repairs.

> TNT's Construction LLC received payment for services not completed. Tommy Todd's work crew quit and walked away from his business without finishing the remodel at my location. I have been in contact with Tommy Todd, the owner, of TNT's Construction LLC almost daily with a guarantee given that he himself would be onsite to complete the project. We are now at day 4 and Tommy Todd has not shown up. I have requested a refund from TNT for services not rendered and now no longer receiving communications from Tommy Todd. We have expressed a desire for TNT to complete the project they were paid for, yet still have not received any form of constructive work.  Communication was off at times during the build, but able to overlook due to workers being present and working toward our goals. We have seen issues with apparent lack of communication between TNT's management and his employees due to workers not being aware of the customers design wishes. All design requests were submitted prior to a contract being signed with discussions held between the management and customers. Throughout the build, the management forgot about key items requested and claimed they were additions/changes to initial contract. However, I have an email dated prior to the contract showing the document was sent and reviewing the contract Invoice indicates the management was also aware due to items billed out. There are also damages to the interior we were insured would be fixed this week, with no attempts made. We are now filing a report with BBB and will proceed with the next step unless a refund or services have been satisfied. At this time, I have made attempts to discuss options with the operator of TNT's Construction, LLC for a good resolution to this problem. I have not received any communication from the operator of TNT's Construction nor verification a refund is available.

We work extremely hard to make sure ALL our customers are satisfied and try to prevent these types of misleading information and understandings from happening. We don't like to have any upset or unsatisfied customers to any degree, especially to the point of confusion as well as poor reviews with misleading and wrongful information obtained in them.  We have been in full communication with you as well as we do with all our clients. There are times that we are unable to respond to text messages, emails as well as return phone calls in a matter of minutes. We hope you d0o understand this return call situation We will never neglect nor leave any project unfinished without 100% Customer Satisfaction.  You may reach out to us so we can help you have a better understanding and help find a resolution as there is an obvious confusion error and we are always available 7 days a week to take calls, emails, & text messages. PLEASE BE ADVISED that we cannot always answer phone calls, return calls, text messages and/or emails in the amount of time that you may be wanting from us.
