A: Hi:  We built this for a charity event and it cost us roughly $30K, with design, labor, and all the custom work.

My big project for this summer is to repaint the exterior with one of the "modern dwelling" color schemes, update exterior lighting, and landscaping the front of the house from a clean slate (bushes and brick walls are all coming out as of tomorrow).
