> Maria did an amazing job on our patio and we are so glad that we hired her for our project. Our patio was as plain and boring as could be and now the space is completely transformed! Maria and the contractor that carried out the project were communicative, trustworthy, and personable. I highly, highly recommend!

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Aww thank you Marie. It was a delight to work with you and transform the space! I wish you many years of happiness enjoying it!

**★★★★★ — Eliot, Oct. 2021**

> Maria and her team are fantastic! Our backyard was little more than a dull concrete slab, but Maria completely transformed it into a beautiful oasis. Her design was imaginative and inspired, and the execution was impeccable. Maria was a pleasure to work with through every stage of the process. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

> We loved working with Maria! She is so passionate about her work. She took our inspiration photos, saw the vision, and made it happen! Our backyard was functional but especially through the pandemic we really wanted a safe space to relax and enjoy being home. We decided to work with Maria to reimagine our space. She worked within our budget, was very clear about timelines and when we could expect things, and continues to communicate with us post-install as we learn how to maintain our new garden. We're in love with our new space and are fully enjoying our home. Thank you, Maria!

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Thank you for hiring us! It was a pleasure for all of us to work in your lovely space.

> Maria designed my dream backyard garden for my center city home! The entire process from design to construction was seamless. Maria’s knowledge of plants, flowers ,and design is remarkable. I asked for a four season oasis and that is exactly what I got! The plants she selected for me are beautiful and lush, the lighting creates a beautiful effect at night, and the furniture, colors, flooring, and planters all go together beautifully to make my space inviting , serene, and easy to maintain. Maria also brought in the contractor and he was the best contractor I have ever worked with! The entire process was hassle free and fun! I love my backyard. Maria is a first rate designer who works hard to make sure her clients get exactly what they envisioned.

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words. It was such a pleasure designing and installing your garden! I have friends who live in the area that love walking by to see the plantings from the street side! enjoy your new space

> Maria was a great resource as I navigated this type of project for the first time. She was prompt, always met her timelines and delivered a really beautiful end result. It was a stress-free experience and I attribute that to Maria’s professionalism and amazing eye for landscape design. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful garden transformation.

> I am so thrilled that I found Maria and was able to have her transform our city garden. Maria listened to what we wanted and needed to make the space work for our family. She understood our "quirky" taste and embraced everything we'd done in the yard already. The process was straightforward, happened exactly when it was supposed to and was actually completed in less time than expected. The contractors that Maria works with are informative, hard working, and very considerate. It's so exciting watching everything grow and makes working from home a dream!

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Aww, thank you! We always love to hear a client is thrilled with their gardens. We all loved working in your gorgeous space! It has been a pleasure working with you and on your garden every step of the way from design to install. I can't wait to see it fill in!

**★★★★★ — Sara, Oct. 2020**

> Working with Maria has been a dream! Everything about the process was clear, on time, and expertly done from start to finish. She also works with great people to bring her design to life, so you don't need to worry about that part of the process either –– you're in fantastic hands! Our little city backyard feels much larger now and Maria helped us stay on budget during the planning. I need to start taking photos of each person's "WOW!!" face as we show off our new oasis. Thank you, MGH Gardens!

**★★★★★ — Ryan Stewart, Aug. 2020**

> My experience with MGH Gardens was phenomenal! It was clear from the first meeting that Maria had the experience and expertise in urban landscaping that I was looking for. This was my first project as a new homeowner and Maria took the time to explain the entire process which really made me feel at ease. I filled out a quick questionnaire regarding plant/design preferences, selected a few items Maria sent me on Pinterest, and the design was underway. Maria suggested so many things I didn't even think of that really made a huge difference in the outcome of my design such as extending the fencing up to 6 feet, a self watering system, automatic outdoor lighting, and plant varieties that are beautiful and hearty. The design presentation was incredibly detailed and included 3D views where I could see every aspect of the yard. Maria transformed my backyard from a horrible eyesore into a beautiful urban oasis on time and on budget!

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Thanks Ryan, I’m thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience and really appreciate the compliments!. They crew did a great job on the installation. Hope you have many years of enjoyment to come in your new urban oasis.

**★★★★★ — M F, Sept. 2019**

> I can't say enough good things about working with Maria. She is talented, professional, and brings creative ideas into her designs. She was incredibly responsive to my requests, and really listened to what I was looking for in a design, and gave me a few options to choose from. I appreciated her involvement in the actual build-out as well--it gave me peace of mind to know she was checking in on the work bring done to make sure it adhered to her designs. I'd recommend working with Maria / MGH Gardens to anyone looking to revamp their outdoor space!

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> Thank you so much! I am delighted it was such a positive experience for you and it was such a pleasure to work with you.

**★★★★★ — HU-872673844, July 2019**

> IOur backyard/garden is a very important living space to us. We spend most of our time out there from spring to fall. Due to the fact that a new three story house is soon to be built next to us, throwing us into shade we had to be proactive. MGH Gardens was highly recommended. Maria came out, took measurements and talked to us about what kind of plants we liked. From there she drew up a plan showing us where each plant would be. She recommended a very reputable landscaper. We couldn’t wait for installation day! Maria came out and placed the plants where they belonged, even refusing two of them. We love our new yard/garden. We eat all three meals out there and then enjoy the space up until bedtime.

**Comment from MGH Gardens:**

> I'm so thrilled that the design exceeded your expectations and provides an oasis for you within the city. Hans did a great job with the built ins freeing up more space for the firepit!

**★★★★★ — Miss Brooke the Garden Lady, July 2018**

> A cottage garden was my dream for our front yard space. Maria took my dream and put it into a plan that has continued to WOW for over a decade. Maria was able to use my existing plant material, as well as, specify new plants that would attract birds and butterflies to the garden. My garden blooms during all 4 seasons and is now a "Certified Wildlife Habitat!" I couldn't happier with the results; neighbors tell me they walk by my house just to check out what's blooming in the garden.
