He also went way over on turning my house over by months with no explanation. His office girl is really nice and does a great job but TAB himself is a nightmare to work with. > At least half of my HVAC registers and returns are crooked, you can see a lot of the joints in the trim work due to them not using puddy or caulk on them and they even put 6 inch baseboard in my bathrooms, realized that the cabinet drawers wouldn’t open so just notched the baseboard so it would which looks awful. My “screened in porch” has gaps an inch or more in size around the screens so bugs can still easily get in which is one of the issues he refuses to address. I have been involved in plenty of “custom homes” and TAB by far is not custom home service you would expect. A custom home builder should pay attention to and care about details for his customers and not turn over a home like this and then not care to address the issues. I wish I could post pictures of the issues. > I had ten warranty issues after arguing with TAB for weeks I got half of them fixed and he now will not respond to the rest of the items.
