We made pictures and made a list of items so that we could knock most things out at one time. To our surprise this was Rob’s exact reply to this list, “Rob Owens Jun 5 8:00 PM > I've commented on each item - none appear to be applicable warranty items per our Agreement.” You be the judge. We have been told, all along, at least the nail pops would be taken care of, we were wrong. Please be aware, if you purchase a VTS home the warrant may be an issue. > > > Paint nail pops throughout the home. > Paint / drywall cracks > Paint / drywall rough finishes > Paint / drywall tape and seam failure > Toilet malfunction - 2nd floor hall bath - push flush handle and the toilet fill valve is unresponsive and delayed. > Tub faucets drag and grind - 3 locations, one in bonus room bath, one in 2nd floor hall bath and one on 2nd floor rear bedroom bath. > Breaker trips in breaker box. Incorrectly labeled as “water pump” but in fact is the rear, outside receptacles. There is no particular cause but, randomly trips. > Moisture showing on painted surface in attached garage. Most likely a failure of the exterior foundation waterproofing material.
