Having experience in the past with other contractors, I believe that this project could not have been better or gone smoother. And was ON TIME. We used a local architect who referred us to Orion. We were out of state during the 6 months our home was being worked on but kept a close eye on the progress with emails, zoom, phone calls and monthly visits. Not only was the job handled professionally with expert attention to detail, we were consulted at various junctures re costs, inevitable surprise developments, material delays, coordination with City Building Department and many little decisions that we needed to make. Orion provided us with options and were flexible when our decisions might have been other than what they suggested. > Besides the satisfaction of a home well done, we had compliments from our neighbors about the cleanliness and courtesy of the Orion crew.
