> Warren and his team are fantastic. I have done several renovations in various locations and I found working with Lloyd Architects a real pleasure. They are very happy to work collaboratively and have an excellent eye for modern design that still has warmly and unique aspects that really make their projects stand out. We ended up collaborating with a Japanese Architect too and built an fabulous inside out mountain home that is beautiful and drawing endless compliments.

> The team at Lloyd Architects are standouts in the industry. We are so grateful to be working with their team on two vastly different projects. From urban, modern design to rural and sustainable design connected to the natural environment, Warren’s team tackled every aspect of our projects with both creativity and a thoughtful, analytical process.
>
> The team at Lloyd Architects excels in every area of the architectural profession: creative problem solving, finding the right artisan craftsmanship, being conscious of budget and timeline details, knowledgeable about current materials, detailed project management, ideation, modeling, and skilled use of current technology.
>
> It is a joy to work with Warren, Jennie, Matt, and the team. They make a special effort to truly understand the client perspective, wants, and needs and balance this with their professional experience and lens. We benefit every day from their genuine care for the places we call home.

**★★★★★ — Wendy Bowman, Oct. 2020**

> We worked with Lloyd Architects for 3 years on the design and build of our dream home in Utah. It has everything we wanted and more. I highly recommend choosing Lloyd for your renovation, add-on or dream house architectural needs. They are a professional, highly-skilled, motivated, results-driven team. Give them a call today!

> We thought we would live in our home about 5 years when we bought it in March 1999. We loved the neighborhood, but the home was tiny -- not ideal for a growing family and our business, a luxury travel company that we managed virtually from our home.
>
> In 2007 we reluctantly began looking for other options in the area. But we really didn't want to move from the home and neighbors we loved. Then, we met Warren Lloyd who was especially aware of the restrictions of the historical area and was personally invested in the neighborhood as a nearby resident.
>
> He and his team designed the home of our dreams, which accommodated a more modern style while still maintaining the integrity of the 1920's - 1930's architecture. We completed the first phase (an addition that included an attached gallery, two-car garage, and office space in 2009) and completed the second phase in 2018, which included a full renovation of the original home.
>
> We travel nearly 4-5 months out of the year, but now we have a space where we can't wait to come home. It perfectly accommodates our family lifestyle with our four daughters, frequent entertaining, and desire to live in a more established, walkable neighborhood.
>
> I highly recommend Lloyd Architects, especially for projects that require creatively thinking beyond the box.

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Thanks, Erynn. We loved working with you and John on your home. Creative, visionary clients make for good projects!

> I have known Warren for over thirty five years, and have always been impressed by his engaging personality, design sense, and attention to detail. We are currently collaborating on a project in Park City that will keep us in touch for the next couple of years throughout design and construction- something that we have both been looking forward to for quite some time.

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Aw, Thanks Bruce. What you failed to mention is that beyond the coattails of nepotism, it was actually young ASU and OSU grads who really taught me what architecture was about ;-) Happy to be teaming up together. Again

**★★★★★ — Julie Nelson, Feb. 2017**

> Warren Lloyd did an excellent job designing a remodel for on level of our home in Bellevue, Washington. His work has increased value, aesthetics and functionality of our home. Thanks Warren!

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Thanks for your review, Julie. We look forward to working with you again on future projects!

**★★★★★ — snowbirdie, July 2016**

> Lloyd Architects is the best firm in Salt Lake City. We worked with them for two years to build and construct our dream home. Everyone that walks through the home comments about the amazing light, the charming spaces and the "feel" of the home. From conception to completion, Warren and his team were there every step of the way ensuring every detail was perfect. I highly recommend them!

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Thanks for your kind words. We enjoyed working with you to create a comfortable home for your family and appreciate the vision you brought to the project. Let's do it again ;)

**★★★★★ — susanbcall, Oct. 2015**

> Warren Lloyd and Susan Taggert were wonderful to work with. They took the time and made the effort to understand our desires and to work them into a beautiful modern design. Our home is modern but warm and inviting and meets all of the needs we asked for - especially the use of light throughout the house and throughout the seasons. Warren and Susan's suggestions on the use of space, materials, colors, and light have created a great home for us and our family. They made the design process a lot of fun. I would work with them again in a heart beat.

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Thanks Susan!
> We loved working with you on your house- and as you can see we liked the open 'modern prairie' feel so much we've used it as a cover for our Houzz homepage.
> We hope the house works well for you and your family for many many years to come!
> Warren

> We looked at a lot of other architecture firms before I came across Lloyd Architects. A friend showed me their website... I checked out some of their other projects in person. My husband and I chose Lloyd Architects because their houses were all amazingly beautiful homes that uniquely stood out among other houses. I was even familiar with some of their projects because they would frequently come up in conversations as houses everyone loved. We were not disappointed...we had a great experience working with Warren Lloyd and his team. They were engaged, capable, and treated our project like it was their own home. I know a lot of thought and discussion went into our plans. They listened to our ideas, added a bunch of their own, and created something that was so much better than I even imagined. The 3D modeling and rendering tools used by the team showed us EXACTLY what our house actually turned out looking like. As the outside of our house plans took shape we knew exactly how every decision affected the interior spaces of the home. We had no surprises. They did an excellent job and I give them the highest recommendation.

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Leah, Thats so great to hear your thoughts about the building experience. It was a treat to be able to work with your family on the project! thanks! Warren

**★★★★★ — stephanie santiago, Aug. 2015**

> Our experience with Lloyd Architects was excellent from the very first meeting. We were searching for a modern Frank Lloyd Wright look with functionality that accommodates a large family. We had several discovery sessions with Warren and his team to describe and explore our needs and desired look. The attention to detail was superb. We were impressed when the team accompanied us to the building lot to explore view corridors, natural lighting, and available topography. The building footprint changed a few degrees which has made all the difference. The very first elevation presented to us was magical-- it captured exactly what we had been trying to describe and remarkably didn't change from that date forward. The final product is almost identical to that first rendering. We are convinced our builder could not have built this home without the detailed set of plans delivered by Warren's team. We recommend them without reservation.

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> This is exactly why we loved working on the Timpanogos house! It is a treat to work with great clients like Todd and Stephanie and to see a design come to life over the course of construction. Design is a team effort and we were fortunate to have Anne Marie Barton and Wendy Smith from AMB Design on our team. They added a discerning eye and attention and patience in getting the details right.

**★★★★★ — Business\_Name\_Placeholder, March 2015**

> We have a 100 year old house that we wanted to update Kitchen and a few other features but wanted to retain the historical features and look of the home. Lloyd's was fantastic. Warren Lloyd spearheads the projects and then keeps a watchful eye as he has associates take on the day to day implementation of the plan. Warren's goal is to deliver what the client wants but he knows all the options and is quick to give his advice and guidance where needed. We installed a wood fire oven inside our home and also gas lamps on the exterior. Warren and his team did all the research and ensured all could be accomplished prior to turning over to the construction company. Invoicing was very fair and Warren and team were available on-site throughout the construction process to help guide our GC. We were out of the country for most of the construction (for almost a year) and Warren and Team were our eyes/ears/ and guidance on-site during our absence. All turned out perfect. Lloyd Architect isn't the cheapest in town but take it from me, you get what you pay for!

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> Thanks for the kind words. This was truly a fun project to design and I can say that without the attention and care of a good contractor, the results just wouldn't have been the same. Chris Nielson and Layne Spackman, of Evergreene Construction, were attentive and responsive to every issue that arose. We're happy to hear that the wood fire stove and the gas lamps are being used and hopefully will continue to delight for many years to come!
> Warren

**★★★★★ — Accentuate the Positive, Nov. 2014**

> You can count on Lloyd Architects to be easy to work with, listen to your desires and turn your wants and needs into a great project. They have designed everything from custom homes, to multi-family projects for us, with incredible skill. Best of all, they maintain a humble, helpful attitude during the construction process so the unexpected issues are easier to work through. I highly recommend Lloyd Architects!

**Comment from Lloyd Architects:**

> We've been very fortunate to be able to work with you on both custom houses and larger urban housing and resort projects, and are happy to see our most recent project for Wyndham Resorts get ready to open its doors!
