> Be warning!  Tom O will take your money, even complete a contract and never complete your work.  The contract means nothing to him.  Just see all of the times he has been sued in surrounding counties.  Some court dates and cases where he doesn't even bother to show up for court...
> Tom is a 100% conman and compulsive liar.
> We asked what was going on with our 1 week turned several month, mess of a bathroom remodel, and told him we would not accept deviations he passing off without our permission, or an addendum, needed per his own contract, at the beginning of the project.  He then sent emails (we saved obv) threatening my wife with defamation?  He clearly does not understand contracts or the law.  He breaks the law, is questioned, then threatens to sue HIS VICTIMS for defamation of character, when he is asked about the project he is failing/breaching on.  While faced with the facts of his theft, breach of contract, job abandonment.  It seems his concern is only to keep his cons quiet.  We had several workers/contractors quit during the time we tried to get him to complete the project he offered to do, contracted to do and we paid him to do.  These workers said they had not been paid by Tom, causing them severe financial hardship.  Many other victims have contacted us, very sad, according to them, some senior citizens, some families that paid him A Lot of Money, up to 4 years ago, he tore their kitchen out, and has still not completed the work.  Leaving them no place to cook for their families, not responding to calls, or they said talking to them enough to keep putting them off or still promising them the "Kitchen they deserve" in X weeks.  I pray these other families get their restitution somehow so they can get back on their feet.  I also pray that this criminal is stopped from stealing and victimizing the trusting people in this community, homeowners and workers.  Photos of the "work" he did at our home over the span of several months before abandoning the job entirely.  You can see in Photo 1 and 2 here,  photo 1 is what he drew up with the dimensions obv and "sold" us, photos 2 is what he tried to deliver to us.  With many, many different lies as to why it "had" to be that way.  Just one of many, many example of how he operates, if your "job" is operates at all....  That space is now, in fact, the way we wanted all along now, because his lies were just that, lies.  All of the bathroom work had to be completely redone and completely by a reputable contractor.  Be warned!  Do not do business with this guy

> After using a company to install our Cambria countertops in our previous house 10 years ago, we went back to that company once again. Upon returning to that company we found that the sales person was very unprofessional and frankly rude. That brought us to Ray Jacobson at Luxe. He was completely the opposite. He was very knowledgeable and also saved us $1,500 dollars off the previous quote from the other company which we applied to cabinetry lighting. The Cambria countertops brought the best out of our kitchen but the addition of the lighting brought it home. Ray installed the lighting himself which enabled me to bend his ear for a few hours. Talking to him I learned that he has vast experience in kitchen and cabinet remodeling. With years of experience, from field work to corporate and back to the field, you will find no one else in the industry with his passion for design and installation. I highly recommend Ray and Luxe Classic Kitchen and Interior design

> We had a great experience with Luxe and their contractors on a kitchen remodel this past summer.  Tommy and Ray are wonderful to deal with. Ray is the the hardest working man we have ever met! He seems to genuinely care about his clients and wants to make sure that they love the finished product. Angus is fantastic with the tile work - he literally got down on his hands and knees to remove grout with a razor to ensure a better color match.  The other installers, plumbers, electricians, were also efficient and responsive. Although we had some inevitable oops remodeling moments during the project, we believe that we were  treated fairly and that Luxe worked to make sure that the result was better than anticipated. In fact, we may even scare them by threatening to have them do another remodel on a bathroom next year!!  Thanks Luxe for a job well done.

A: Sherrykw22, I am sorry that I can not answer that, the homeowners selected that on their own.
