> Lisa helped us transform our cramped, chopped up 60’s ranch house into a modern, light, airy and spacious feeling home. She has a knack for finding solutions to structural challenges that are practical and aesthetically pleasing. When you work with Lisa, it is clear that she has your best interests at heart. Not only did she listen to and implement our design ideas and preferences, but she also served the invaluable role of facilitator and translator between us and our contractor, always advocating for our position to make sure that we felt we were getting the end product that we wanted. Best of all, Lisa is a down to earth, friendly, and honest professional who truly cares about the outcome of the project.

> We have been working with Lisa Fletcher of Touch Architecture on preliminary planning and concepting for our modern dream home in the LoHi (Lower Highlands) area of Denver, CO. We are so excited and can't wait to see what she comes up with in terms of sustainable finishes and energy efficient engineering. Our project is a year out, due to our budget timeframe. But, we know we are in great hands with Lisa and Touch Architecture! Sensitive design with modern flair.

> My wife and I are fortunate to own a great piece of property with open spaces and views from DIA to the Tech Center. When we began the design process, we met with many architects. Of all of the architects that we met with to consider a design for our house, Lisa was the only one focused on what we, the customer, wanted. Every other architect wanted to use our property as a showcase for their design. Lisa was able to show us other beautiful projects she had completed. However, we really appreciated her inquiry into our hopes, dreams, and wishes for this house. Very quickly, we knew that Touch Architecture was going to design our dream home based on what we, the customer, wanted.
> Throughout the design process, as we provided feedback on the hopes of our new home, Lisa would regularly come back with a design to which we responded, “That is exactly what we were thinking” or, “I like that better than what we had asked for”. My wife often remarked how well Lisa listened to our requests.
> During the building process, Lisa would regularly visit the job site. She would take measurements, work with the builder, and ensure that the product matched her vision. At one point, Lisa’s measurements helped us to rectify a major problem. Her attention to detail during the building process ensured that the builder was interpreting the plans to the exact design specifications.
> It is not often when working with people in the private sector to come across a company with such devotion to the needs of it’s clients. The work Touch Architecture did for our new home was grounded in an unbridled passion for creating the dream home for the client. Lisa’s selfless approach to our project demonstrated the high level of passion for customers, integrity, and professionalism that Touch Architecture supports. I would highly recommend Touch Architecture to any prospective client. As a matter of fact, if I knew of someone who was considering any other architect, I would suggest they abandon that company and replace it with Touch Architecture. If we ever build anything in the future, we would not do it without Touch Architecture.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Lake house** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would love to know what type siding is this? Love the distressed look

A: The siding is from Centennial Woods. They reclaim wood from worn out snow fences to create beautiful siding and other building products.

**Q: Love the barstools! Can you tell me where you got them please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks! They are from Scandinavian Designs.
