Mid Mod Mom was born out of my love for design and all things well made. I am an artist by training and a collector of beautiful things by nature. 

Mid Mod Mom is a reselling business. My focus is mainly Mid Century Modern, but if something else catches my eye, it will find its way to my store. 

I find the abandoned, the neglected, the forgotten and I reveal all that is good and true about these finds. I learn everyday from these treasures, they come with their history written all over them, and I just peel all the layers and find how they came to be.

Where are they from?

A: Chair in the forefront is an earlier version of the cherner chair (or a copy?), plastic chair in the background is the ghost chair made by Kartell.

Were these custom-made?  What is the finish?  I am thinking about re-facing my 1970's kitchen cabs.

A: Hello, these are Ikea cabinets.

What paint did you use on the walls? I love it!

A: We painted the house over 10 years ago, I wish I had kept records of paint colors then. Sorry.

A: The piece is an original hand pulled lithograph by artist Cynthia Osborne who was my mentor and a professor at CSULB. It is titled "the ocean permits no record"

**Q: Where did you find the pink vase? So sweet.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you. That vase was also thrifted but it is part of the Ikea collaboration with Dutch artist Hella Jongerius. I believe it is called Jonsberg Vase, but I believe it has been discontinued.

A: Hood is Broan, model \# AP100-A
