> My Ceasar stone countertops started to chip two months after I have purchased them. It is such a terrible company, the 25 years does not cover the chipping on the counter top, my countertops look like trash now. Stay away from this company!!!

**★ — cimdew, Oct. 2022**

> Terrible company that doesn’t uphold their warranty. Huge crack developed on my countertop. My fabricator won’t recommend them anymore either because of their terrible customer service. Avoid this mistake.

**★ — Ozzie U, Feb. 2021**

> PLEASE DO NOT BUY CEASARSTONE COUNTERTOPS. We remodeled our kitchen in 2018 with IKEA kitchens cabinets with Caesarstone quartz countertops. Two months later, the edges of Caesarstone quartz countertops started chipping. Now it is about 3 years Caesarstone quartz countertops in my kitchen look horrible. I have beautiful kitchen cabinets but Caesarstone quartz countertops with these all these chippings make my kitchen looks cheesy and terrible. Also their product warranty is not helping with the problems. I contacted with their customer service. They really do not take any responsibility for their products.
> This was their reply for my complaint about chipping of Caesarstone quartz countertops.
> ‘Please be advised, our Residential Lifetime warranty does not cover chips or other impact damage to the product. We recommend contacting the Fabricator that installed the countertop for assistance or for a referral to a chip repair company.”
> I just do not want anyone will have the same experience, I had with of Caesarstone quartz countertops.

> I chose Caesarstone Empire White for our Kitchen counters and Island as this is the most beautiful Quartz stone I have ever seen, we visited ceasarstone warehouse in NJ to see the full slab b4 buying the product, the product is stunning and gives a luxurious marble look.
> We were confused between Calcutta Nuvo and Empire White, both are gorgeous stones , finally ended choosing Empire white as the white color is more brighter and pattern is subtle, also this is the newest design from Caesarstone.
> Maintenance of this product is super easy , the surface is non porous so any stain can be easily wiped off with soap and water. For stubborn stains like wine , marker ink etc , I use Mr.Clean sponge or cholera wipes .This is the best product available in the marker interms of quality and asthetics, yes price is on the higher side but the product speaks for itself as we visited many quartz dealers like Silestone and Cambria before finalizing on Caesarstone. I love my Caesarstone counters, this review I am writing after using the counters for past 4 months.

> CS customer service is horrible. My counters were delayed by months and I was promised $100/week for the delay. Alternatiavely, I could have picked a substitute color, which I wanted to do, but the rep was so unresponsive that the original color was avilable before I could get any information about the substitutes.
>
> As soon as my counters were installed and I was supposed to get compensation for the delay, the rep stopped replying completely. I then wrote a letter to the North America President Ken Williams and cc'ed top CS executives with detailed information about the problems I experienced. I mailed this a month ago and have received no response.
>
> Given all the problems I've seen people having trying to use the lifetime warranty, I wish I had picked a different brand of quartz. It seems hard to believe that CS is still in business given these pervasive problems.

**★ — sonia R, April 2019**

> not the hardest surface on earth as said on google, I have had my Caesarstone counter for 2 years, they made the edge so sharp it chips at anything very easily, can't get anyone from ceasarstone come to see the counter.
> now it will cost me $650 to get the edge rounded.
> not putting quartz in my cottage.

**Comment from Caesarstone:**

> We had Caesarstone counters installed in the summer of 2017; color is Concrete 2003. Within a few months we started to notice small chips in the surface that looked like white dots. There are now over a dozen small chips in the counter surface all over the kitchen. We are not unusually hard on our counters; in fact I would say we are more careful than many folks. The counters seem to be chipping at random and at every chip the white interior material shows. I contacted customer service and was told surface chips are not covered by the warranty. I wish we had never purchased Caesarstone! I do NOT recommend them.

**Comment from Caesarstone:**

> Hi Anna,
>
> Thank you for your review. We want to start by apologizing for your experience - that is not the kind of quality we strive for at Caesarstone. If you can email us directly at caesarstonesocial@gmail.com and provide us with your contact info, including email, address and phone number, we will have a representative reach out to you directly to resolve the issue. Again, we apologize for this experience and hope to rectify it for you as soon as possible.

> Caesarstone was a dream to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and the product looks gorgeous in our cake shop. I have always installed Caesarstone in my home kitchens, but am incredibly impressed with how durable and beautiful they are in a commercial environment.

> We love Caesarstone worksurfaces! As kitchen designers we work very hard to create stunning kitchens for our clients, Caesarstone helps us deliver this time and time again.

**★★★★★ — Cortney Moore, Sept. 2018**

> We just recently opened up a shop in Los Angeles, CA and hired Caesarstone to make all of our countertops and we couldn't be more thrilled with them. We chose the Frosty Carrina for all the different areas of our store and they fit the open, airy look perfectly. They're amazingly sturdy and it also helps so much that they are stain resistant as we have a bakery and events regularly in our shop! We've even tested it with wine and it comes right off! Their customer service was great and detailed and they made sure we got exactly what we needed and followed up afterwords! 10/10 would recommend!

> The Caesarstone quartz countertop we purchased from a local vender cracked after a little more than a year. The crack is about 10 inches long. I filed a claim with their warranty department almost a year ago, and it is still yet to be resolved. I received a couple of phone calls from them, but they've otherwise been completely ignoring me. I send them an email or call about every 3-4 weeks to follow up, and I haven't heard back in about 3-4 months.

> I am only giving this a one star because that is the lowest I can give. This company manufactured the counter that I purchased through IKEA. They sub-contracted a company called INTELCO to install the counter. Two years after the install, I noticed a crack in the counter. I located my paperwork and was pleased to notice that the counter had a lifetime warranty. LOL...What a joke. I called IKEA, who directed me to INTELCO. INTELCO sent out a rep to inspect the counter. He tried to tell me that the counter did not feel as smooth in one spot as it did in others which meant there was something hot placed on the counter. This spot was no where near the crack. I do not remember placing anything on the counter that was hot. The rep told me that someone from Caesarstone would have to come out and inspect it. After several calls to my contact at Intelco to set up a inspection by Caesarstone not being returned, I contacted a manager at INTELCO. She agreed that it made no sense for a determination to made without inspection by the manufacturer. She attempted to set up an inspection that never happened. I eventually received an email from the corporate account manager who oversees IKEA sales from Caesarstone . He decided that based on photos sent by the INTELCO rep that the crack was due to repeated exposure to heat. On a side note, Caesarstone boasts on their website that their product is very heat resistant. So, bottom line no one wants to take responsibility, and the consumer (me) loses out. Caesar is taking the word of the installer without sending out a rep of their own to see if the install was done correctly. Where the crack is located, the counter is not even resting on anything. There is a space between the counter and the top of the cabinet--no shim or anything... I am no counter expert, but I would think Caesar would want to at least know if the install was done properly! So, I would not recommend this product based on the false advertisement of a lifetime warranty and the run around they give you. The product is beautiful, but the companies are unprofessional!!!
