> What a delight to write this review for our contractor, George Davis, and his design team Joe Bergstrom and Deb Esborn!  In June 2014, my husband and I bought a Cape Cod house built in 1990.  The light and space were perfect, but the house was stuck in the 90's.  New kitchen, four new baths, new wood trim around windows and doors, new fireplace and windows in the living room, new wooden floor in the master bedroom, and more.  The "more" involved the maintenance required on a house a mile from Cape Cod Bay: new roof, new skylights, re-siding, replacing damaged shingles . . . to name a few items.  We had specific ideas about what we wanted (thanks to many hours of viewing Houzz), and, with guidance and suggestions from George, Joe, and Deb, we were able to make it work.  The plumbing, electrical, and other trades on our project were friendly, helpful, and responsive. And, this review would not be complete without noting the excellent work of the lead carpenter, Todd MacDonald who crafted the beautiful woodwork in the house.

Is the electric fireplace recessed into the wall? Thank you.

A: Hi @Annegriet- this is a fireplace from Spark Modern Fires and it's a gas unit.  It is recessed, but their design is very slim and sleek.

**Q: Cabinet manufacturer and finish please? :)** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Wallace! 
The cabinets are from Plain & Fancy Cabinetry, shaker door style. The island is in Carbon and the sides are Cascade White, both with a low sheen finish. Hope this helps. Thanks!

**Q: What tile did you use for the floors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The floors are beautiful. Could you share the brand and color of the grey tile that you used?

A: Hi Zureno- Hard to tell in the photo, but the main field of light grey tile is American Olean Linea 2” hexagons in Light Smoke Speckle. The perimeter boarder is Living Grey \#4272-G and the darkest grey pencil tile in between is American Olean Linea 121P2 in Storm Grey. Hope this helps. **Q: Toilet area** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello! How much space is allowed for in a toilet placed in this particular room setup? I am contemplating a Layout like this, but don't know how much space to allow for the toilet area. Thanks!

A: Hi rzhb2219 ~ It’s recommended that you leave a 36” wide space (18”
to center of toilet) but a minimum of 30”. In this bathroom, we used 36”. Make
sure the center of the toilet is no less than 15” from either wall and double check
your local code requirements. Thanks!
