Don’t build with this company they don’t care about you. They are not transparent on pricing they make massive mistakes and pretend like it is all the trade partners fault. They cover up lies and over charge and have zero customer service and empathy. We just spent the worst year and half of our lives trying to build a home with them. Tons of turnover and lies by the sales people to get the sale only to be sold something completely different in the contract phase. My family bought a large single family home from them. > London Bay put the tinniest super gutter of 5 inches. The roof tiles covers nearly the whole gutter there is only a half inch at most water to drain into that’s no match for even a mild rain in Naples, Florida. If London Bay would use a 7 inches super gutter initially would have prevented entire problem and eliminate the potential overflow inside and outside with only a few hundred dollars more. It looks like they wanted to save money for their pockets. > Very poor work.
