Joe Lichtenberger pointed out those items needing renovation in detail explaining what could happen if those items were let go. The final result was absolutely amazing. Joe and all his subcontractors worked well together and with Joe's supervision nothing was left to chance. Any question we had was answered completely and honestly. My wife picked Joe as she wanted the building process to be not only painless, but fun. As usual, she was correct. We had a terrific time building with Joe; it simply could not have been better. From a practical standpoint, had we not made changes along the way we would hav been on budget to the penny. We did finish exactly according to Joe's time prediction even with our several change orders. It's seven bedrooms, seven baths, and four fireplaces.
