They performed exceptionally well in the planning and buildout of our custom home! Pace's customer service is excellent with a keen focus on communications supported by the use of an automated system which enhanced our ability to track progress, get current status and document costs and change orders. The project manager kept the construction timeline and costs within expectations and made numerous amenity recommendations that increased the re-sale value of the home. Pace provided an "engaging" service helping their home buyers in making all the selections for the exterior and interior of the home. Making these decisions can be very stressful and Pace made it easy ....... and fun! > > Pace is an established and reputable builder in the Charlotte market and has been building custom homes for years. Their attention to detail was incredible. All of the subcontractors used were professional and did superior work. This builder was able to meet our deadline of an August closing date even with the weather not co-operating in the early months of construction.
