Mr. Cross was very knowledgable of VA requirements and worked with us to make sure everything was done accordingly, but he also made sure that the style of my home was maintained. He respected my wishes and worked with me every step of the way. He sloped my pavered entries and exits, added larger doors, enlarged and raised the shower in the bath, added hand rails and wood tiled the main floor all to accommodate a wheelchair. He did all of this and yet my home does not scream "handicapped". It is the same beautiful home, only enhanced.
