When our installer arrived, I politely asked him to wear a mask when he was in my home. My wife and I are high risk for COVID, and we wore masks when he was in our home. The installer refused to wear a mask, and he wasn’t very nice about it. > > This installer also did quite a bit of damage to our walls during installation and to our furniture that he moved. When I brought this to Messner’s attention, their general manager came to our home and repaired some of the damage, but not all of it.
