We had multiple issues with the door during the one-year warranty period for which HSD nor Marvin would take responsibility. It was when the door finally stopped sliding that we were told it had not been installed properly. We hired our own contractor to uninstall and reinstall the door and it is finally working. It was never clearly explained to us that HSD would not stand behind our purchase if we used its recommended contractor.
