Initially, Greg Medlin came to the house after a phone call to provide estimates for the work we requested. The scope of the projects ranged from facia replacement and painting on the outside of the house to two fenced enclosures on the outside. In addition ceilings on the inside in the living room and bed room, needed to be replaced from minor water leakage. Medlin Construction also built a small walk-off deck on our back porch and replaced an entrance stair case on the front porch. > The projects were completed on time and exactly where the estimates came in. > We couldn't have been more pleased with the work Medlin Construction provided for our house !! A truly professional group. > I must also note that our little house is not the normal home.
