> As the wife of an architect and a homeowner in New Canaan, Connecticut, I appreciate beautiful, well-built homes. As I drive through our town, I am happy to see new homes under construction. To be honest, the quality of craftsmanship of the work of Country Club Homes in comparison to other companies is astonishing. The level of quality of a Country Club Home always shines through. I enjoy driving by homes that are built by Country Club Homes. They are a piece of art. Keep up the fantastic work!

> We built a home in 2008/2009 with Country Club Homes and recommend them highly for many reasons, the biggest being they have given us a beautiful, solidly built home. Both Walter and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with. Walter is a man of his word, who stands by the homes he builds long after we moved in. ANy issues that arose during and after construction, Walter promised to resolve to our satisfaction and did every time. Carolyn was tremendously helpful, accompanying me many, many times to pick out fixtures for the house and helping with construction budgets and decisions. We were never surprised with unforeseen costs-it was always made clear well before decsions had to be made if we were "over budget" and what less costly alternatives might be. Construction teams were all extremely responsive. If were we ever to build again i would only build with Country Club. We trust them completely.

> We hired Country Club Homes for a kitchen, deck and basement expansion recently. They were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them. They were timely, professional and sensitive to our budget concerns. They communicated with me daily and always took my calls, so I always knew where we were in the process. They presented multiple options for us at different budget levels so we understood the trade-offs, whether it was on decking footprints or rug selections. They kept a tight time table and let us know when a delay was occurring (primarily from windows and doors delivery). They also brought in exceptional workers from carpentry to excavators to plumbers. And they have followed up on all our post-construction concerns (like a disconnected a/c hose, and a minor countertop seam resealing). My only constructive suggestion is for them to consider reviewing who they work with at their preferred lighting store. The order was mishandled at the store and caused a delay in installation. But otherwise, kudos to the whole team. I would use them again in an instant.

> This is our second time working with Country Club Homes. The first time, they did a major renovation, converting a ranch house into a two story shingle house after gutting it to its studs. After ten years of enjoying that home, we are ready for the next project. We found a much smaller house in town, which we will demolish and build a new home from scratch. Country Clubs Homes put us in touch with an architect who designed exactly what we were looking for. They have been very organized filing for permits and making sure everything is in place to get the job done. We know we are in good hands, they have the experience and expertise to help us achieve everything we hope for and more. We really enjoying working with everyone at Country Club Homes!

  - Description: It was a different time in 1917 when Benjamin Cromwell decided to retire and move his family from New York City to the country. Much of West Norwalk and Darien were farming communities, a first class stamp cost $.02 and a gallon of milk was $.20. And it only cost $7,000 for twelve acres on the West Norwalk / Darien line, complete with a four thousand square foot house that was built in 1850. Fast forward to 2007.
