> I agree with the previous reviewer. Stay away from Kesh Chavda. I had advanced him money to help me with permitting, but after finding he had made unauthorized charges against my credit card I terminated the relationship.   Unfortunately there were errors and deficiencies In the work he had completed and I am still trying to get resolution with my credit card company against his unauthorized charges. The fraudulent charges were made in May and now it is the end of October and I am still trying to deal with these issues.

> Stay away from Kesh@keshdesignlines.com or Mukesh Chavda.

> He took $4,000 and quit without finishing the design work.  I hired him for a commercial project in Bellevue.  He gave some defective drawings then disappeared.
