At two weeks, I called three times and left phone messages asking when I could pick-up the tile (did not receive any return phone call). I called a fourth time and was told the tile was 'on the truck' coming in later in the day so I planned to pick-up the tile the next morning. I am kind of disappointed that Randys only sent one installer. It was a huge project and we had a tight schedule to adhere to as we had another contractor that had to work after the install and it kind of pushed him back. We thought a team of installers was gonna come in and we only got one guy! He was awesome though and he worked his butt off! He stayed late into the evenings and when he got overwhelmed he was able to call another guy in, but that was only for a few hours. The quality of the work was great and i have nothing but good things to say about the installer. I am just a little disappointed in Randys in how they kind of left him on an island on his own for such a big project with a short timeline. We thought a team of guys were gonna come in and knock out the project in a couple days and instead this poor guy was stuck working until almost Friday.
