> Be aware of this company! Their quality of work is horrible. They installed spa for us, they could not get heater working. They realized that there was gas leak underground. Then they have to dig up all the dirt and realized the pipes underneath the ground was broken. They have to replace them. They also installed pipes underneath the ground with a lot debris causing the pipes not working and stuck. They keep charging more and more throughout the project. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

**Q: Retaining wall** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the average % increase of the general cost! when you have to build a retaining wall

A: It really depends on several factors including height of wall, depth of pool, material choices, soil conditions etc...  Every project has different considerations but on this one probably a good 15%-20% of the costs were due to walls & facing.

**Q: what is used for the waterline tile and hot tub (top/in pool)?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Its a grey glass tile on inside the spa and waterline of the pool.

**Q: Can you please tell me what finish was used on the concrete patio so it's not slippery next to the pool?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This pool was installed by Royal Pools and the finish is called Pebble Fina, Gregio color.
