It damaged the ceiling and it ruined the floor in a downstairs foyer. In addition, we were planning to split a large downstairs room so our grandson and son could move into the house. The leak was our first concern and we reached out to Cardigan because they had done numerous jobs in our house and we were always pleased with their work. They responded quickly and found the leak, repaired the pipe, and gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the floor. While they were here I mentioned the need for a new room for my grandson. I asked if they could do that for us. They said they could and provided an estimate. A: The hood is supplied by the cabinet company "Yorktowne" along with the decorative trim. **Q: Island width** *(in Photo Questions)* What is width of island. A: The island width is 40" x 60" long. **Q: Ceiling height** *(in Photo Questions)* Love the double stacked cabinets: one small, one large. Are these eight ft ceilings? A: The ceiling height is in this photo is teen feet. This layout would work in a nine foot kitchen. The molding would just touch the ceiling. **Q: Wall Color** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the wall color? A: I'm sorry, but we did not do the painting. **Q: what is the pattern of the backsplash** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The tile is a 6 x 6 straight pattern with a mural that is 6 x 6 on a diamond pattern with a border.
