> I had a combo bathroom-closet reno and was set out to avoid cookie cutter face lifts while trying to create a unique small space illusion of being dynamic, fluid and bigger: knocking out a wall, moving plumbing. Jeanine and her team nailed it, without a doubt the best business plan, transparent and up front, dedication and carryout. She was overseeing all, like a babysitter with my children and must have a great deal going on with her team, as they are committed only to the job at hand, one at at time, beginning to end. Very dedicated and accessible. Responsive and answering timely. She dealt with my wonky changes and upgrades and read my mind with quick stop by's and check in's with my mid point changes, as well as the whole. Her team is like immediate trusted family; a professional, steady dynamic duo balancing each other with their approach. Helps to have experience with each other as old friends, and you can tell. They definitely have an artistry thing and value their skill. Good listeners and with perks: They take care of their equipment and clean up after their selves good, as I caught one scrubbing my garage floor from the tile water! Also, as much of a pain in the ass this could be, they are willing to keep tabs with post project tweaking to satisfaction. I'm certain Jeanine though, is still looking over it all somewhere in the ethos. She's a keeper for future projects for sure.

Is there any risk of damage to the bottom of the cabinet from steam coming off the coffee maker?

A: Hi Joe, great question. Yes, it would be recommended to pull the coffee machine out closer to the edge of the countertop when you're going to use it.
