He took the time to explain options and brought the best skilled people to the job. The trim work and tile were beautiful and I've had so many compliments from friends who are skilled in those areas. > Also after clearing the lot, John found that there were some serious drainage/water issues. He did not put a bandaid on it and continue on; he took the time to bring in some experts to figure out the best way to resolve so that I wouldn't have trouble down the road. I don't think most builders would have taken the time to stop the project and find a viable solution to protect me in the long-term. > You won't go wrong with John. Both of these situations are going to cost us a lot of money. After a few hours of talking and discussing what our needs were, we came up with a new plan, one that was more cost effective and better fit our needs, and of course, our wants.
