**Q: Love the wall and cabinet colors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi - I love the gray cabinets with the wall color - such a calming look! Do you recall the colors for either? Trying to achieve a similar look in our remodel - Thank you!

A: We're glad we were able to provide some inspiration, but since we only provided the countertops, we don't have any info on paint colors. Best of luck with your remodel!

A: Dear Martha,
The name of the granite on the picture is Fantasy Brown. This beautiful stone has some white, brown and grey shades along with the quartzite sparkly look. Just gorgeous!

A: Dear Schuerman, 
The name of the granite used on this job is Monte Carlo. If your project is located in our area (Gulf Coast) we can definitely provide you with the same granite, however if it is not the case make sure to show the picture to the granite place you are going to be using taking in consideration the stone name can sometimes be changed by the distributor to guarantee exclusivity. I hope we were able to help!

**Q: What is the wall paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I would love to be able to answer your question, but unfortunately we didn't do the painting. Our company work with stone countertop and backsplash exclusively.
The paint seems to be a light shade of grey, but I wouldn't be able to give you a color or the paint brand name...

**Q: Island** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the dimensions of this island?

A: I would give you a general suggestion on that matter...
Granite slabs and the coloration of the granite itself varies a lot depending on the slab you are using and pairing different movements and colors is always a tricky task. Unless you have a little bit of the designer eye on you and get to see exactly the slab you are using (strongly suggested) and are capable to visualize how everything will tie together, I will stick with a simple combination. 
Having that said, Alaska white is a very pretty exotic stone and I would rather mix with something more solid in color, like an Absolute Black, Black Galaxy or any solid color that will match any of the shades found on your specific piece. 
I am not familiar with the Metallica granite (or I might know it called by a different name), but I would personally play safe. We had customers mixing different colors before trying to go bold and one specifically come to my mind and he did not like the results afterwards. At that time we had a hard time finding the exact match for one of the colors he decided to carry away throughout the kitchen, but I would say he was lucky because we were able get him something very similar after awhile looking for the color. The extra cost could have been much worse if we hadn't find it (and in the natural stone world it is a real possibility) and in that case he would have to replace the entire kitchen, or much worse... live with it!
I hope I helped you some in making a better decision! Nothing wrong about going bold, just try to get all the pieces of the puzzle together (bring some cabinets & wall color samples closer to the granite) before making a very expensive mistake. Hopefully, the Metallica is a simple color and in that case I would say: go ahead with it! a little mix is much more fun...

**Q: What is his gorgeous countertop material on the island?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This gorgeous granite is called Lumen and this particular piece has a leather texture instead of the flat polish finishing that you commonly see on most of stone surfaces. We still have some of this beauty in stock in leather and polished finishing. We got a lot of complements on this color and most of the customers who originally used Lumen only for a vanity or a small project come back later for more! :)
