> Mike and his team at KM are some of the best there are.  We have had the pleasure to work on many of their jobs, to which my crews all fight to work on.  As generals they have some of the closest relationships I have ever seen not only with the home owners, but with the architects and the subs.  They foresee challenges and bring all of the trades together making for a smooth installation.  Every project we have worked on whether a new build or a historical property, they know exactly how to run the show.  I highly recommend KM Builders for any project as they are the cream of the crop in the Santa Barbara area.
