> (Project Completion date was Spring 2020. Houzz online form won't let me change the date for some reason).
>       We hired Arterra Design & Build (owner Matthew Crane) to handle our extensive renovation of the Family Room, Kitchen, laundry room, bonus room, mud room, powder room, and pantry. My husband and I have lived in homes in the past where we'd had small renovations done, but never a project on this scale. Matthew and the whole team at Arterra were fantastic. They brought so much knowledge and experience to the table. They were very professional, timely and showed up every day early and ready to work.
>      One of the best features of working with Arterra is how they constantly came up with creative solutions to the challenges a seventy year old house will throw at you.  There were a thousand little decisions that had to be made every day but our project was in very capable hands thanks to the team at Arterra. We have no doubt that our project turned out much better than if we had chosen any other builder. As we think about future renovations at our house, we know we will chose Arterra to come back and make the magic happen again.

> We used Arterra to completely remodel the basement of our 1970s house.  I was most impressed with the owner,  Matthew Crane, a Yale educated philosophy major with fantastic people skills who can talk about anything!  But he knows construction and has a team of hard working polite guys who clean up after each days work.  The downstairs is completely transformed, with a number of nice touches we wouldn't have even thought about ourselves, like handmade tile accents in the shower, and simply painting over the panelling to save money.  With new white trim, the "vanilla ice cream" paint on the panelling creates a cottage feel.  We highly recommend Arterra.
