> I cannot recommend this company for any pool work.  Russell Cooper Pools started my pool in August of 2016.  I was told it would take seven to eight weeks.  I am still waiting for a completed pool in February of 2017.  Will I ever see this pool completed?  DO NOT CONTRACT RUSSELL COOPER POOLS FOR YOUR POOL!!!!
