One was a chestnut rawhide lamp shade and the other was a brown alternating plain hide and hair on shade. I have not seen these lamp shades anywhere else. Beautiful and so complimentary to my lodge look living room. It is fun to have something not commonly found in other people's living space. Western Decor and Houzz did some of the best customer service response both in time it took to get a response and the nature of the response. Made a definite customer for the future out of me. **★ — ARTFUL HOME, LLC, Nov. 2017** > I placed an order in August of 2017, and still have not received my order. I've emailed, I've called and no response from anyone. I also, feel I have been cheated. **★ — Gretchen Overstreet, Oct. 2017** > I placed an order on September 19th, 2017. I have not received my order or any notifications regarding my order except my credit card was charged the full amount! I’ve tried calling, constantly receive voicemail, I’ve sent several emails but to to avail, I’ve texted Randee to no avail. I believe I’ve been cheated!! **★ — Lisa Kohler, June 2017** > While I have spent thousands of dollars on this site I am still waiting on 3 orders that I placed four weeks ago. I have called the only available number repeatedly. No one ever answers and the voice mail has not been activated. I have emailed multiple times without a response. I have posted a message on their Facebook page, again without a response. Customer service is terrible!!! ## Selected projects - [Western Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/western-bathroom-pj-vj~5670518) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 18 - Description: This catalog features custom made products that can be duplicated and made again. I’d like a price on your hide coat rack for my office. thank you** *(in Photo Questions)* May I get a price on your hide coat rack please A: Hello! My artisan that makes these will not be working until Monday for a price. Could I check into this with her then? I would love to give you an exact price now but I know she has changed her price on it so I'd better wait. I will tell you the last one I had made in Spring was $425. In the meantime, could you let me know what color/pattern of cowhide you're thinking of, what color leather and what initials you'd like? Then I could find out if it's all available Monday when I talk with her. I attached a couple more photos of others we've done for ideas just in case that helps. Let me know in the meantime if you have further questions. Thanks and have a great day!
