We had very interesting needs that the average home owner doesn't and Lee worked with us so much with different designs to give us a design that has worked great for us. We have been in the home for just over a year now and there are only a few very small details that I would change if I could do it again. Zimmerman homes worked with us and our mortgage company to make the financial end of the process super easy as we were living in a home that we had a mortgage on while they built our new home. Overall I was just very happy with how smooth they made the process and that they were able to complete the project on time and on budget.
