Bathroom and kitchens fixtures about as cheap as you can find. In the three years we’ve been in the house, we’ve had to redo plumbing in all bathrooms, replace both hvac systems, replace over half the windows, fix several electrical issues, address some structural problems, and add insulation. Our wood floors squeak incessantly, and when we open our kitchen cabinets, we feel like we’re opening them to the outside. I wouldn’t recommend Signature to my worst enemy. From the start dealing with Signature was a nightmare. For example they put the wrong roof and brick on our home and told us “it needed to be washed”. They treated us with a complete lack of respect and do not care what their clients need or want.
