> Rick is an amazing builder. He's conscientious and pays attention to detail. He takes a lot of pride in the home he's building and ensures that everything going into the home meets not only his standards (which are high), but also those of the homeowners. Rick uses his expertise and experience to advise and assist homeowners in making important decisions throughout the building process. However, he's very receptive to the homeowners' requests and works to ensure their needs are met. On a personal level, Rick is polite and easy to work with. He's responsive and timely in all his communication. We would recommend him for not only new construction but also for remodels. You won't be disappointed!
