> Our experience with Creative Tile was very pleasant and made remodeling our kitchen and living room easy. We received help with the design, Lauren listened to our ideas and then gave suggestions that were based on  her experiences. She was able to offer guality help for painting and other work that needed to be done. During the work, Steve was available to answer questions and "fix" whatever needed to be fixed. They were reliable with respect tof the time frame of the different parts of the remodeling. We would highly recommend Creative Tile.

> I wanted to replace the living room carpet with "pinewood" which would incorporate the dark heart wood of the pine contrasted by the lighter wood and darker knots!  I could find no one in the Quad Cities who would supply it.  I could find no dealers in our town of  400,000 who had even heard of a pine wood floor.  I  found a distributor for the wood, but I had no idea what to do for the installation.  Previous contacts with Loren and Steve and Creative Tile were helpful, so I asked if they would take on the coordination with the wood distributor and the installation.  They did.  It was good.  I believe it was a first for them and it was apparent they went "over the top" to complete the project to my satisfaction.

She had given us options in a variety of price ranges and worked very hard to find things that were similar to high end tile but just slightly different and much more budget friendly. > I stopped into Creative Tile after I had a problem with another dealer's product.  Loren Baxter was extremely helpful to me in selecting new tile for my floor and shower.  Her advice was excellent and the finished bathroom shower looks fantastic.  She was professional and timely in getting the materials to us to complete the shower.  She also assisted me with selecting backsplash tile for my kitchen.  Again she was spot on with her recommendations and even came out to my house to see the tile installed so we could select the right color for the grout!

> Just finished working with Loren and Steve Baxter at Creative tile on a kitchen remodel.  We did Cambria Quartz countertops in two complementary patterns and subway tile backsplashes.
