It's not well made. The handle fell off several times in the first year of owning it. I had to buy a hex wrench to re-attach it. After repeatedly doing this, I called Kallista. Their solution: super glue. Seriously. I've just tried that. Let's see if it holds. **★ — Madhavi Batliboi, March 2019** > We ordered a custom finish faucet. They delivered the wrong one, and then took over 6 months to get us the correct one. During that time, they repeatedly promised delivery dates, only to miss them. When I got frustrated, they promised calls from senior people, and never ever actually followed through. In my opinion, part of what you pay for with high end brands is good customer service, but this experience was the worst customer service experience I have had, and I have dealt with Ikea customer service multiple times! My retailer was great, it was Kallista representatives who made the promises and didn't deliver. Really, really disappointed. I expected more from a brand that prides itself on quality -- apparently that doesn't extend to customer service. **★★ — Amy Kennedy, Nov. 2018** > In 2005 I had a For Town by Michael S Smith designed nickel faucet installed in my powder room. These are beautiful faucets, however Kallista does not stand by their products, and only has a 5 year warranty. The lever of the faucet I first purchased stopped working in 2011 or so and I purchased a replacement faucet (it was less expensive to replace the whole faucet). The cold handle of the second faucet stopped working this year, 2018. My plumber was able to temporarily fix it, but after a few months, it would not shut off. The replacement handle was over $800 and the faucet costs $1750 and so at the recommendation of both my plumber and the showroom supplier, I moved to another company. Customer service was not helpful at all, spending their time on the phone defending their defective product.
