The quality of the stone is terrible. I contacted the company with my concerns during installation and they wanted me to photograph and count every single bad stone. We ordered 6 pallets and about 40% of each pallet was poor quality. There was no way we could photograph and count every single bad stone. I did send photos of about 25 stones and was told most of it was normal variation (it is not- we had a local stone company come look). Now, a year later, the stones have continued to deteriorate on our patio. There are large holes appearing that were not there previously and the patio looks terrible. I have no idea why anybody would give this company a good review. We wasted thousands of dollars on this. The stones were NOTHING like the samples we received. We will eventually have to replace our entire patio. The stone porch is settling at an angle away from the house and needs repair. What type of material would be most practical and attractive? Keep the current footprint or enlarge?
