They selected gorgeous options for finishes, including teal mosaic glass tile for the bathrooms; stunning wall coverings for three accent walls in the condo; and eye-catching beveled subway tile for the kitchen backsplash. They presented unifying color schemes throughout the condo with the finishes, fixtures, and furniture. They take ownership of problems (in their domain) and were very helpful in pointing out errors of the contractor/subcontractors from the lack of supports under a quarter countertop overhang, kitchen cabinet doors hung incorrectly, and tile work sloppily executed in the bathrooms. These issues became part of the punch list and were not necessarily items I would have identified. A: Hey demeryheffern, thanks for your question - actually those are not tiles at all. They are painted poplar ship lap. There are two colors shown and the lighter one is the same color with white added to it. I do think that the success of this stripe is because there is only a slight bit of contrast between the two pinks. This pink also does have a hint of peach to it as well. A: Hello Homenut, thank you for your question. These chandeliers are truly stunning yet have a dirty little secret - they take a enormous amount of power and need to be run separately each to their own switch. However with the magic of LED bulbs this may not be the case - code wise the inspector is looking for a worst case scenario if you put the typical incandescent bulbs in there (going back to two switches). Incandescent creates heat in the room, but hard to beat how pretty the bulbs are when dimmed that only incandescent can achieve today.
