Over the past 24 years we have worked with homeowners and builders  across the country utilizing a systematic and integrated design approach to delivering our projects.
 
New projects undergo a rigorous feasibility period focused on understanding possibilities with the property, identifying the consulting team, engaging a general contractor and determining the best method of fabrication.
 
Our design process is client driven and  focused on creating high quality, energy efficient  and affordable green  buildings that reflect the lifestyle and aesthetic goals of our clients. We utilize building information modeling (BIM) to support the design , estimation ,documentation  and permitting of our  projects.

> Stunning…. That is what we hear most often when people come to see the house. And it is stunning. Left to our own devices this would definitely not be the case. Fortunately for us we used Christian and his team. We wanted three bedrooms up and something that looked like a Northwest modern craftsman. And from that limited information, Christian was able to build us a house that fit perfectly against the backdrop of trees and that had great flow on the inside. That’s one of things that realtors say when they come by, “great flow throughout the house”. This was our first shot at building a house and Christian not only helped with the design and architecture, but also some of the pitfalls to avoid when building. Christian and his team are knowledgeable, thoughtful, creative and experts in their craft. I would recommend using Christian if you want a beautiful house.
