They came back and didn't even call and just left the granite in the driveway. Had someone else come out from the shop and granite still wasn't cut right. I had install 2x4s for extra support (which I told the guy that measured that there wasn't support behind the lazy susan) But the installer was a sub contractor and said he would charge extra to do it. Then I had to remove a bunch of the back splash mosaic tile because the measurements were off, TWICE! You would think they would be a little better at their jobs and if something went wrong they would take care of the customer. I had to take multiple days off work because of their mistakes and work with them to help get it installed. > Here is their response: "in this business we’re in, there is always a chance of making and error and things not going as planned.
